What are the payment options available to me?

Cash on delivery: For COD minimum order value has to be Rs 400.00. Here it is mandatory to tell us what time will you be available at home to take the delivery. We have Rs 45 as cash handling charges applicable on all orders.Ordering for less than Rs 400 will lead to automatic cancellation of your order. You can expect a call from our call center to confirm the order.  To expedite the delivery, we advise you to choose either a credit card or netbanking as mode of payment.

Credit cards:  We accept all credit cards - VISA, MasterCard & American Express - both Indian and International.  You will have to follow your credit card companies’ process to make a payment.  Please ensure you have your IPIN ready with you as it is mandatory in India to put an IPIN number while making a credit card payment.

Debit Cards:  We accept debit cards from a select number of banks.  Please try your card and hopefully it works!

Internet Banking:  You can make an online payment via your netbanking username and password.  Again the process of payment is as per your banks' procedure.  We accept payment through Internet Banking for a select number of banks.

Where do we ship and what are the charges?

Currently our office is in New Delhi where our warehouse is also located.  All the orders are shipped centrally from Delhi.

How to order through our Phone?

We know that there are many choices and we rarely can make out which products are the ones we need.  To assist you we have fully trained staff who can help and advise you to make the right purchasing decision.

Any hidden taxes and charges?

None at all.  All taxes (VAT, etc.) and product and service charges for deliveries and services are included in the rates mentioned.  You can also see taxes paid in your invoice.

What is our shipping policy?

numerounostore.com ships its products to almost all parts of India.  Orders placed will be shipped usually within 72 hours.  We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

What is the shipping charge?

numerounostore.com provides free shipping on most items.  For some very bulky items, there could be an additional shipping charge.  However, we disclose all charges up front for you.

What is the estimated delivery time?

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of order placement (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).  However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach.  For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

What is your returns and cancellations policy?

We have a ‘no questions asked’ 7 day return policy only on un-opened items.  Also please ensure that while returning the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit.  The return shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer along with the original shipping charges.  In case of damage to the original packaging or the goods, numerounostore.com reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product if any on return and the same shall be binding on both parties.  Please send us a mail at customercare@nucl.in or call us on 0124-4555222 Ext.333 to obtain a Return Merchandise Number or RMA before you ship the item back to us.  No goods will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Number/RMA.

For goods bought on discount, the charges paid will be returned through numerounostore.com coupons/certificates.

For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made.  If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account (less any charges we incurred at the time of billing).  If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD).  Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).  Typically refunds are processed in less than 7 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.  In the event of refund where the sale was done on Cash on Delivery, the refunds will be done by means of cheques.  The cheque will be issued within 10 working days of receiving the product.  In each case, we will deduct any charges we incurred at the time of initial billing and the initial shipping charges incurred by us as those are not refunded to numerounostore.com when items are returned.

For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects please send us a mail at customercare@nucl.in or call us on 0124-4555222 Ext.333 to obtain a Return Merchandise Number/RMA.  We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days.  We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.

How do you track an order's status?

We will ship every order within 72 hours of receiving the order.  We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address.  In case you do not receive a mail from us within 72 hours of placing an order, please check your spam folder.  Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.  Alternatively, you can check the same in My Account page, all relevant shipping details will be mentioned for your easy reference.
